New T-REX Customer Referral Form
Know someone who needs T-REX? Make a warm intro and submit the referral. If the deal closes and the new customer pays their first invoice, we’ll mail you a $599 check within 30 days. Referrals are first-come, first-served and protected for 90 days from submission.
Who can refer: Any individual or company in the continental U.S. (PetroPower employees/contractors excluded). No limit on rewards you can earn.
What counts as “NEW”: The prospect has no active T-REX quote and no current T-REX installs with PetroPower at the time of referral.
How it works (1-2-3):
Make a warm intro (no cold lists).
Submit this form (or have them mention you to our sales rep).
When the first payment is received, you’ll get $599 by check.
Attribution: Credit goes to the first valid referral on file for that company; if a referral expires after 90 days and the sale later closes, a subsequent active referral may receive credit.
Eligibility/exclusions: Self-referrals are not allowed (you cannot refer your own employer). PetroPower employees/contractors are not eligible.
Payout timing & method: Check mailed within 30 days of the new customer’s first payment to the U.S. mailing address you provide. No clawbacks.
T-REX pricing (for context only):
20 (or more) installs: $100/month per install from month one; setup waived.
Less than 20 installs: $1,950 per install upfront (covers 1st-year subscription + setup). After year one, renews at $100/month per install.
T-REX subscriptions start after PetroPower completes installation; customer arranges final electrical hookup (billing isn’t dependent on that hookup).
